This company, set up by Fred Childs in the 1962 continued building boats at Heywood Lancs until about 1973. They built a well respected range of fishing boats plus the Teal 22 centre cockpit and also the Inlander 24 range of river canal boats. The hulls are usually identified by their simulated clinker style hulls. In the early 80's I remember seeing the mouldings for the 22ft on a beach at Lytham St. Annes!
