There are three models of this boat; Seamaster 17, Seamaster 17 cub and Seamaster 17ft open day boat. These craft were designed by Alan Buchaman and had a semi displacement hull. The cub was fitted with an outboard motor and had 2 berths. The open day boat was often fitted with a Worthan Blake fisherbuoy 1 litre petrol engine and shaft driven.
