The Sunseeker 31 Offshore was designed by Don Shead and built by Poole Powerboats (now Sunseeker International). They were introduced in 1982, and remained in production until 1986, when the 31 Portofino replaced it. 123 boats were built.
The boat sleeps 4, a large dinette area converting to a double berth, and a cabin having a double berth under the cockpit. In the standard layout, the cockpit has a double helm seat and an L-shaped settee, or a cushioned sun lounger.
The Hull is deep-vee. Power comes from a pair of petrol or diesel outdrrives.
