This popular open plan cruiser was supplied as a complete boat but many craft were home completed from mouldings. Most of the craft were open plan with 4 berths in the cabin. The John Bennett shallow V hull with long keel produces an easy to handle craft. Eastwood boats on the Thames used the same mouldings to produce their successful Eastwood 24. This was a well fitted craft with a classic timber interior. Engine installation varied enormously between petrol and diesel outboards. Marina boats in Essex also produced a version called a Marina 23. Top speed 7-9 knots.
